CURRENCIES
Payments as well refunds for shipments are all invoiced in american dollars (USA).  Credit cards will be debited in american dollars, and thus, due to exchanged rates, final price will be calculated in the applicable exchange rate the day the credit card company processes the transaction.
PAYMENT METHODS
The following methods of payment are accepted by Social Lube ____________________________________
PAYMENT BY CREDIT CARD OR DEBIT CARD
When an order its placed online, credit cards are forwarded to a protected online banking system provided by Bank of America. The card will be debited at the moment of purchase. Refunds from returns will be charged back to the bank account which the original order was paid from. 
PAYMENT SECURITY
First time customers paying with credit cards might need to be verified by their banks before funds are sent. The order will be reserved but this might delay the shipping time.
DELIVERY TIME AND COST
All orders are processes within one working day and shipped with ______________________
Orders received on a Saturday, Sunday or holiday will be processed the following business day. We do not accept responsibility for carrier delays, caused by holidays or natural disasters. Delivery costs are calculated at the checkout.  Once shipped, arrival time packages may vary from country to country.  
TAXES AND DUTIES
Some countries might include taxes, duties and import fee which are country specific and are not covered by Social Lube. These fees are at the sole responsibility of the customer. If these payments are not met on delivery, the item doesn't clear customs or if the item is not withdraw for any reason, the item will be sent back to Social Lube or destroy, depending on local laws. Return import fees will be deducted from the refund. Refunds will not be given in cases in which the package has been destroyed or lost once sent back to Social Lube. If and when an agent is necessary in order to clear a package from customs, these fees are the sole responsibility f the client and will not be reimbursed by Social Lube. 
IMPORTANT INFORMATION 
All orders are processed within one working day. However, during sale season orders might suffer a slight delay due to an excessive amount of orders being filled out. In the case of a non standard volume shipment, we reserve the right to contact the client for payment of additional shipment costs, that may arise. Social Lube will not be held accountable for a delay in shipment caused by weather conditions, international customs issues or any other circumstances beyond the control of Social Lube. All shipments are accompanied with an official invoice with the exact declared value of each item in dollars. Sale and discount items reflect discounted prices. Once orders are sent a change of delivery address will not longer be possible, please make sure to fill out a correct address chen checking out. First time customers need to be checked with their bank and or credit provider for authentication. This may slightly delay order dispatch. Worths of goods will be publicly available on the package's insert for tax reasons on all orders. Pre-order products are shipped upon the arrival of the products in the warehouse within the time that is stated on the product's purchase page. Social Lube will not be responsible for a delay in shipment caused by circumstances beyond control of the company. Pre-ordered products  to arrive at the warehouse later that the time specified on the product's purchase page. In the case that a client decides not to accept his/her order, for any reason after shipment both shipping fees and import fees will be his/her respisiblity and duly deducted from his/her refund.
INSURANCE
We urge customers to not accept packages that are damaged, broken or seem to have been tampered with. In such cases contact our customer service team for support. We do not offer returns on these accusations once the packaged has been signed for. 
RETURN POLICY
We accept exchanges or refund within 10 days from the receipt of the merchandise. Kindly note that we can only exchange an item for the same article in a different size. The new size will be dispatch as s soon as we have received the article that is to be exchange. Please note that we can only accept exchanges from the country which the shipment was sent to. In order to start the exchange or refund process the customer can contact Social Lube via email stating the order number, reason for return and whether it's a request for product exchange or a refund. The customer will then receive an email with a return authorization number that is needed to fill out the return tag which must be sent back with the items in questions. The customers can also give his/her phone contact in order to be contacted by Social Lube as soon as possible. Please, follow the instructions given by Social Lube. Items that do not match those of Social lube packaging must not be used as the external parcel for the shipment. Swinwear must be sent back with their own hygienic strips still in place or it will no be accepted. If the item does not fir these requirements, the item will not be accepted and will be sent back to the customer at their own cost. Size or color exchanges will only be issued if requested sizes and colors are in stock. Exchanges for different items are not accepted. An item can only be exchange once. The refund procedure will take 10 days from the arrival of the item at the warehouse. Any exchange in currency during the return period will not be reimbursed. Orders paid by credit card will be refunded to the original card used during checkout. The refunded amount will be available within the next billing statement, this may change depending on banks and credit providers. Bank transfer refunds will be refunded to the original account after the customer has sent Social lube team his bank coordinates. All returns shipping and import fees are at the sole responsibility of the customer. These fees will be deducted from the final refund and will not be reimbursed. Gift returns will be credited to the original account that purchased the items. Sale items and items with reduced prices follow the same regulations sa full price items. All products are checked at the warehouse for any faults. However, if a customer receives an item not in the original state please contact Social Lube.
RESPONSIBILITY
This document contains the terms and conditions that govern the website Social Lube. By using Social Lube website the user agrees to respect and act upon al the terms and conditions in this document and all other policies on Social Lube. Users reserves the right to change, remove or replace terms, conditions and polices without notice or warning. We urge users to check back often and stay up to date on the latest updates and legal issues. The use and access of Social Lube is for personal use only. 
ORDERS
Once an order has been placed the requested items are automatically reserved until the credit card has been charged or the bank transfer has been approved, at which point the customer will receive an email notifying them the order has been accepted with an official receipt of purchase. In case of advanced payment for items that will become available in the card is charged when placing the order and the item will be reserved until it is available and shipped unless otherwise stated. In such cases bank transfers need to be carried out within 2 days of placing the order or the product will not longer be reserved. First use customers paying by credit card might face a slight delay in charge due to an authentication process that takes place in such cases the receipt and final confirmation of the order will be sent to the customer after approved from the bank. 
PRICES AND CHARGES
We currently only accept order in American dollars. Credit cards will be debited in American dollars, and thus, due to the exchange rates, the final price will be calculated in the applicable exchange rate the day the credit card company processes the transaction. Shipping costs are country specific and are calculated at checkout when selecting the country to which to ship. Different prices may occur. This is a result of either changes in currency or due to the different pricing in different countries. When a refund is processed, the exchange rate used is that os the current day. This may also cause a variance in the price payed and the price refunded, due to fluctuating exchange rates.
SALE
If a customer ordered an item and whiting one day of the placing the order the specific item has been chosen to go on sale with a reduced price the customer has the right to get different refunded by contacting Social Lube. Sale items and items with reduced prices follow the same regulations as full price items.
RETURNS AND EXCHANGE
If a customer is unsatisfied with their order for any reason the item in question can be return to Social Lube for an exchange or refund within the 10 days of delivery.
SHIPPING, INSURANCE AND DELIVERY
Orders are shipped within 2 working days of received payment. During sale season shipping time may be delayed due to a large amount of orders being placed. Once the package is signed at the stated addressed by the client (of gift recipient) the insurance is no longer valid and responsibility is transfer to the customer.
REGISTRATION
In order to gain to some of the features of Social Lube users are asked to register an account. By registering a user agrees to submit correct and accurate information. We urges users to create a safe and unique password. This account, with the information given, can be used by the user to easily place orders, manage his information and gain access to useful tools on Social Lube. The information given will not be sent to third parties without permission from the user and will only be used for internal research unless otherwise stated. If a user thinks his/her account has been hacked, compromised or used without permission we urge the user to write us in order for us to take immediate action. In case where information is accessed by a third party not due to negligence on our part, Social Lube will not be held responsible. 
ELEGIBILITY
Any individual over the age of 18 may access Social Lube, register and place orders. We urge users to check their countries governing laws for any restriction regarding internet usage. Social lube will not be help responsible for any laws are broken by a user by visiting, registering or ordering from Social Lube we urge individuals under 18 years to show the site's terms, conditions and policies to a legal guardian and get consent before using Social Lube. Visiting, registering and ordering from Social Lube is at the sole responsibility of the user. This site feature content that some users may find harmful and offensive, Social Lube will not be held responsible in such cases. Social Lube may link to external sites. In doing so Social Lube is not responsible for any material found on these sites nor do they reflect the views, thought or ideals of Social Lube.

All images texts and design presented on Social Lube are copyrighted and trademarked by Social Lube. Social Lube reserves the right to take legal action if any use of these materials are used without direct consent from Social Lube.

NO WAIVER
If Social Lube chose not to take legal action against a user following a breach of the terms and conditions on their behalf it does not mean legal action will not be taken if the user commits another act disregards the site's terms conditions or policies, whether the breach is different or not.  
LIABILITY AND COMPENSATION
Social Lube will not be held responsible for any harm, damage or death caused by any service directly or indirectly provided by Social Lube or that is caused directly ir indirectly by Social Lube products, materials or personnel. 
RELATIONSHIP WITH CLIENTS
By viewing, using and/or ordering any items or services from Social Lube an official legal partnership is not formed between Social Lube and the customer. A delivery contract is made and is dissolved once delivery is done. Social Lube reserves the right to take legal action against individuals that claim to be partnership with Social Lube based on services provided by Social Lube.
